GRIZAYE ARTIST'S SERIES DRAWING KIT COLLAB
We are looking to collaborate with professional artists to create drawing kits that artists of all levels can learn from and enjoy, working toward a successful finished piece they’ll be proud of.
What is the Artist’s Series Drawing Kit?
Grizaye (pronounced griz-eye) Artist’s Series Drawing Kits feature pre-printed images on Legion Stonehenge paper, giving artists a high-quality foundation for their work. Each kit includes Grizaye Velvet Touch colored pencils and is paired with a 2+ hour video workshop, guiding artists step-by-step through the process.

- Custom packaging/envelope
- One Grizaye image printed on 8.5×11″ Legion Stonehenge Warm White paper
- Royalty-free reference photo
- Close-up reference photos
- Color guide
- Short step-by-step instruction sheet
- Pencil sharpener
- Pencil case
- Test sheet
- 12 Grizaye colored pencils
- 2+ hour video workshop
PRICING / COMMISSIONS
- Retail Price: $49.99
- Commission: $12.50 per kit (25%), regardless of discounts or sale price
- Example: Earn $1,250.00 per 100 kits sold
AVAILABILITY
Artist’s Series Kits will be sold exclusively on Grizaye.com for 12 months (unless otherwise agreed upon). We use a pre-order pledge model to ensure demand meets the minimum quantity needed to produce the kit before moving forward.
WE WILL:
- Design and cover the cost of all packaging and promotional materials (your name and URL will be featured)
- Host the product listing on www.grizaye.com
- Deliver a downloadable PDF to buyers, including the video link
- Handle all customer service, sales, and inquiries
- Assemble, store, and ship the kits
- Host the workshop video on our YouTube channel
- Cover shipping materials, costs, and returns
- Promote the kit via our newsletter, website, and social media channels
- Pay you monthly via PayPal (30 days post-sale)
- Give you access to our partner portal to track your sales and commissions in real time
- Provide a formal contract outlining the terms
YOU WILL:
- Select an approved image
- Choose 12 Grizaye Velvet Touch colored pencils to match the image
- Provide work-in-progress images and a high-resolution scan of the final artwork
- Write 6 short steps or tips
- Record a video workshop (2+ hours after edits)
- Promote the kit to your audience
GETTING STARTED
To launch your Artist’s Series Kit, we require a minimum of 50 sale pledges. We’ll provide tools on the Grizaye website to help track and manage this. Before that, we recommend polling your audience informally to gauge interest and boost your confidence in moving forward.
NEXT STEPS
If you’re ready to begin, let us know and we’ll send over a contract. You’ll then select your image - we’re happy to help ensure it’s both exclusive and suitable for this format.
Once approved, we’ll send you multiple copies of the Grizaye image printed on Stonehenge paper along with your photo references. This allows you to test and complete a sample version before recording the video. This step helps you finalize your pencil colors and prepare marketing visuals - and ensures neither of us invests unnecessary time or resources upfront.
Once pledges are secured, we’ll provide everything you need to complete your kit so you can create the video and promotional materials. When finished, simply upload all files to a shared Dropbox folder, and we’ll take it from there - keeping you updated every step of the way!
LAUNCH TIMELINE
Once the kit is complete, we’ll begin with a soft launch to your followers and our premium members. This will be followed by a public pre-order and then the full release. Kits will remain available for 12 months or per our agreed terms.
